Hailing all the way from Columbus, Georgia is the “Sexy Diva of Southern Soul”, Janelle Moore. Janell has been singing all her life. She first noticed her talent for singing at the tender age of four years old when her family would always have her sing for everyone. Janell starting singing amateurly and professional in church as a leader in the choir, praise team, and multiple groups. Music has been apart of her life since she could remember. Naturally, Janell began to blossom from the front. And before long she began to sing professionally as the lead of many quartets, choirs , & women’s groups. She’s so humble that she’ll never say it, but it became evident that her talent would take her much further than a member of a group. About 10 years ago Janell began her solo career as a gospel singer. She released her first single “In Love With Jesus”. Later the same year she went from church music to Southern Soul because she experienced a lot in a relationship that she didn’t want to talk about. So, she decided to sing about it. Janell jumped headfirst into world of Southern Soul with her debut single “Single Life”. She then followed up with her hit single Came To Party. She is now touring her new hits “Pain Run Deep” “I Still Love You”, “& “Birthday”’. Which is the ones expected by critics to launch her into superstardom. She is currently working with Magic one. One of the biggest Southern Soul acts coming out of LA.

readers that may not be familiar with you or your work just
who you are and what it is that you do exactly.
A.I am Janell Moore, and I am a Southern Soul singer
Q. So, what inspired you to start your journey as Southern
Soul Artist?
A. Listening to this type music growing up, & to now see it
loved everywhere all over the country.
Q. How and when did you coin your stage name and how
do you feel that title fits you?
A. Everybody use to call me sexy, so I took that and ran with
it. I feel like it fits me well because of my curves.
Q. Do you have any upcoming projects or announcements
to make?
A. I have a new single that will be released on 01/09/25
called still Love Ya
Q. What would you say is the quote-on-quote secret recipe
for your success?
A. Hard work and just believing in myself at all times is my
secret recipe for success. I do everything with the
confidence that I can do whatever I put my mind to, and I
do!
Q. What was your favorite part about being a singer?
A. My favorite part about being a singer is meeting new
people and fans, Just knowing that my songs and my
voice have the power to touch people’s soul.
Q. Name a time where you've faced adversity in your
career, and what impact did it have on you or your
career?
A. Last year I wanted to give up because I felt like I
wasn’t moving faster than everyone else. I had to
realize that everyone is different and that my time will
come at the right time. In God’s time!
Q. Is there something in specific that you want people
to know about you or your music?
A. I want people to know that I love to sing and dance
and give back to others.

A. No I’m a single woman but you better believe that I
am ready to mingle.
Q. How do you juggle your personal life and
professional life?
A. No,als on both sides
Q. What advice would you give those wanting to start
their journey as a singer?
A. I would tell them not to ever ever give up on your
dream. People going to talk, but if you know that you
are called. Then, know that who he calls he qualifies.
Q. Who would you say is your biggest inspiration and
why?
A. I would have to say that my Dad is my biggest
inspiration. All because he supports me no matter what
or the cost.
