DJ Chuck T is a revered pioneer and trailblazer in the Carolina Hip-Hop music scene. Starting his musical journey in 1998 as a recording artist under the name Priest, he made waves with his debut album “843 Baller,” quickly gaining notoriety in South Carolina. Before hanging up his mic in 2001, DJ Chuck T collaborated with notable Southern artists such as Pastor Troy and Three Six Mafia, and even caught the attention of Epic Records A&R Joe Cerini. Transitioning from the mic, DJ Chuck T explored producing, engineering, and artist management for two years before landing a role as a production assistant at Charleston’s Hot 98 radio station. It was here that he discovered his passion for DJing. Investing in a pair of turntables, he immersed himself in the art, creating mixtapes, DJing parties, and earning spots on BET’s Rap City and MTV’s Mixtape Mondays. His mixtapes have been featured in the The Source Magazine, The Foundation Magazine, XXL Magazine, and Ozone Magazine. Since 2003, DJ Chuck T has garnered over 35 awards for his DJing prowess. His “Down South Slangin’” and “Sexxxplicit R&B” mixtape series is a cornerstone of Southern Hip-Hop, solidifying his legacy. Even after 20+ years in the industry, DJ Chuck T continues to actively DJ and break new records. He’s played a pivotal role in helping artists such as DaBaby, Young Dolph, Yung Joc, Gorilla Zoe, Plies, Boyz-N-Da Hood, and Trey Songz go from being local superstars to multi-platinum superstars. In 2019, he founded The Foundation Of Music, an initiative dedicated to educating aspiring artists about the music business. He travels across the Southeast, independently and within schools and colleges, to teach his class. In 2004, Mrs. Shera Bass took notice of an emerging music scene within the Carolina’s and quickly seen that there was no publication for it. Although many major magazines existed, none were consistently providing coverage for the growing music scene Carolina deserved. In 2005, The Niche Carolina Magazine was introduced by print, for free, to the community and soon after, to the World; Shipping quarterly to many US cities and other countries. As an inspiration and motivation too many independent artists, in 2008 Mrs. Bass realized that many of these sincere and gifted individuals work remained unrecognized. Along with her partner, she Co-Founded and Produced the first ever South Carolina Music Awards, to provide a platform that was needed in Carolina’s music community. Along this journey, many would ask “when is the radio station coming?” Mrs. Bass viewed this requested as a far distance goal, at that time, but in 2012 that dream became a reality. Niche Nation Radio, a licensed digital radio station, was introduced with Mrs. Bass hosting her very own show each week, including several additional mix show DJs. Mrs. Bass has had the privilege to receive several accolades, nominations and being honored at a dedicated event. Knowing without her team and support, this journey would have been impossible. There is still more work to be done, but she states the secrets to her success is to “keep your faith first, establish good business relationships and stand behind your word”.To date, along with The Niche brand, Mrs. Bass is the Publisher of a Travel and Lifestyle Magazine including being an Editor-In-Chief of a Health Rehabilitation monthly journal. Giving back to the community has been her main focused over the years, including investing in affordable housing; alongside her husband. She continues to keep herself grounded with faith, volunteering, the World, spending time with her family and mostly importantly loving on her grandkids.

William Andrew Dandy a.k.a. Hurricane Andrew was born in Heidleberg, Germany and realized at a young age that he was destined to be a comedic entertainer. His passion for the stage began at the age of seven performing in school plays and later taking acting classes to enhance his skills. The mirror became his main outlet for perfecting jokes as he imagined performing in front of large sold out crowds as they laughed histerically. During his early years he performed playes and skits along with his cousins during family gatherings around the holidays for the elder family members. As many others, this was his first experience performing in front of a live audience. Following in his father’s footsteps, Andrew enlisted in the U.S. Army at the age of 17 and served as a Legal Specialist. During his enlistment, Andrew’s desire and vision to make people laugh grew until he was faced to seek a local stage and destroy the crowd with laughter. He entered a local club’s Apollo talent competition and won 1st place. This only confirmed that comedy was his destined career path.After his military career, Andrew aggressively persued comedy until he was recognized as one of the country’s hottest and up and coming comedians. Andrew acquired his stage name from a close friend from Miami, Florida, who made it through Hurricane Andrew in 1992. His friend was so impressed with Andrew,’s fast paced and forceful comedit style, that he began to yell out “Hurricane Andrew, Hurricane Andrew in full effect!” and thus, Hurricane.

Splack Pack is a rap group founded by Sean "kiddmoney" Chavis. Hailing from West Palm Beach,Fl., Splack Pack released their first album "UHH OHH" in 1993. Who ever would have thought over a decade later their music would still be in rotation and labeled "LEGENDS" in the club scene. "God is good, we were before our time" stated Kidd Money when asked the question, how does he feel about the success of the Splack Pack. "Our music has been played in places I never thought possible" And yes I must say, with hits like :Shake that A@$" and "Scrub da Ground" here's a list of some of the tv featues; "The Howard Stern Show" ,MTV Reality show "Jack Ass", Taxi Cab confession, WWF Smack Down,Nip Tuck, just to name a few. Their music has been sampled, and performed on shows like "Apollo". "We are in heavy demand right NOW and so far well into 2013!" yelled Kidd Money. I guess you can say "Lets get get get it!!", The show don't stop. With steady sell out performances throughout the Southeast region and fresh new music on the way the future is looking bright for the SP. Eastside Boyz, Long before the days Lil Jon called himself the "King of Crunk" he had aspirations of climbing the Hip-Hop ladder with childhood friends Big Sam and Lil Bo, aka The East Side Boyz. In 1997, they had an incredible following in the Atlanta hip hop scene and Lil Jon came on board as the leading front man. Charismatic and loud mouthed, Lil Jon was the figurehead for this rapidly growing music team. In 1997 they released their first album "Get Crunk, Who U Wit: Da Album" with Mirror Image. The single "Shawty Freak a Lil' Sumthin" reached #36 on the Hot Rap Singles charts as well as #62 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Billboard. The other major single from the album "Who U Wit?" also charted on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Billboard at #70. The international success of "Get Crunk, Who U Wit: Da Album" brought with it many outside production opportunities for Lil Jon so it wasn't until 2000 that he returned with another record with The East Side Boyz, "We Still Crunk". With massive success happening on many levels Lil' Jon started up his own label - BME Recordings, promptly signing himself and The East Side Boyz to the latest label. The group then went to work on their second album, which became their commercial breakthrough. That same year Lil' Jon and The East Side Boyz released "We Still Crunk!!" and released it under his own label. Among the tracks on the widely acclaimed record was the hit single "I Like Those Girls," which reached #55 on the R&B chart and squeezing into #3 position on the Hot Rap Tracks chart. In 2001 Lil Jon and The East Side Boyz released their third album "Put Yo Hood Up" which was quickly certified Gold by the RIAA for sales of over 500,000 copies. This brilliant album reached #1 on the US Independent Albums Billboard and #6 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Billboard. "Kings of Crunk" was their fourth breathtaking album released in 2002. The album was certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA in 2003 for sales of over 2,000,000 copies in the United States of America. Among many others the album features rapper Pitbull's first recorded mainstream feature. The group's pride and joy placed #1 and #2 on US Independent Albums Billboard and the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. 2003 was a very busy year for the group as there were two albums released. "Certified Crunk" and "Part II" are the names of these infamous albums. Where "Certified Crunk" impressively made it to #9 on the US Independent Albums Billboard "Part II" made it all the way to #1 on the same chart. The hit album "Part II" is mostly comprised of remixes of the also #1 "Kings of Crunk" Album.Lil' John and The East Side Boyz last album together would be "Crunk Juice" leaving them with #1, #2 and #3 places on three US charts. The album was so popular it cross the Atlantic and placed at #52 on the UK Albums chart. The final album's chart topping hit "Lovers & Friends" featuring Usher and Ludacris was by far the most successful release from the group grabbing the #3 spot on the Billboard 100 and taking out first place on the US Rhythmic Airplay Billboard. This track was a global sensation charting in many countries such as Germany, Italy and Australia. In the wake of "Crunk Juice" Lil' Jon's label took the spotlight as he decided to step out of it. Lil' Jon and The East Side Boyz decided to call it a day in 2005. Since then The East Side Boyz have been responsible for huge hip-hop songs of the last generation including "Get Low", "What U Gon' Do" and the album "Kings of Crunk" and working with incredible artists such as Chyna Whyte, Bone Crusher and Oobie to create these massive hits. In 2016 The East Side Boyz signed with DayOne Entertainment for management under the watchful eye of Al Nolan. Al then immediately signed a global distribution to publishing agreement with DJ Central Records. In January 2017 The Boyz released three monster records that have now gathered over 25,000,000 streams, downloads and YouTube plays. Baby D, also now known as Dizzle, (born as Donald B. Jenkins on November 5, 1984) is an Underground actor and rapper from Atlanta. His first album, Off Da Chain, was released in 2000 on Big Oomp Records. Two years later his follow up, Lil' Chopper Toy was released. A major label bidding war ensued, garnering the young MC a multimillion-dollar deal with Epic Records. He was signed with Koch Records, and released his first mainstream album, A-Town Secret Weapon, on April 29, 2008. Three years later, in 2011, Baby D signed with Mizay Entertainment.

DJ Bam has been apart of every successful gentlemen's club in SC (Columbia especially) since 1999. He has been crowned the "Strip Club Kingpin" and he takes that title very seriously. He started at Pure Passion GC, where he honed his hosting skills. From there he has rocked every strip club that called him in, including the world famous Fantasy Island where he called home for nearly a decade. When he is in the booth, the dancers are ALWAYS his #1 priority. He loves to see them make as much money possible. He always show the customers love and try to play every single song requested. Like he did for an up and coming T.I. in the early 2000's where he was the first DJ to break his debut single "I'm Serious" in the strip club per his request. DJ Bam is one of the few djs that actually spin indy artist's music in his rotation. From a young rapper named T.I. to my good friend Al Biggz, I constantly look and listen out for the big thing especially in SC, says DJ Bam. His legacy in the clubs are a testament to his love for the craft and his love for good music.

FatRat's always been a dominant player in Columbia's hip-hop scene, from his early days in the Streetside group in the 2000s and his 2010s imperial era as a solo artist to his numerous efforts to expand the reach of the state’s hip-hop scene — his folk-hop duo Colorblind, his NewSC collective and creating the Love, Peace & Hip-Hop festival and nonprofit, just to name a few. Now, he’s retiring that name — but not leaving the game. Now known as MASTER SPLNTA, the veteran rapper celebrated the release of his new album "DOJO" Aug. 8. The concert bill was loaded with artists in the scene SPLNTA helped build, including H3RO, MIDIMarcum, PatX and Quelle the Prophet.
